Nick began his career in refrigeration in 1979 as an apprentice engineer, establishing the foundations of a long and diverse career in the industry. After completing his apprenticeship, he progressed through a range of roles, from hands-on servicing and commissioning to senior management positions within medium and large refrigeration manufacturing companies.

Throughout his career, Nick has developed strong knowledge base in refrigeration, air conditioning, heat pumps, heat recycling, and heat reclaim systems. His experience spans both the technical and leadership sides of the industry, giving him a well-rounded perspective on projects and operations.

He now runs his own refrigeration consultancy business, supporting contractors and manufacturers with complex system design, energy efficiency strategies, and the application of industry best practice.
