As Head of Technical Services, Richard is responsible for leading the service and maintenance delivery for M&S Stores, Distribution Centers, Offices and Data Centre across the UK and Ireland.

With over 20 years of experience in Refrigeration and HVAC, Richard began his career with an apprenticeship at IR Hussmann straight out of school. Upon completion, he gained extensive hands-on experience in installation, service, and commissioning across both the refrigeration and air conditioning sectors.

Richard has been involved in the M&S contract for 18 years, during which he has witnessed significant positive change. After several years heading up the refrigeration department, he moved into his current leadership role 4 years ago. This has broadened his knowledge across multiple technical disciplines and strengthened his strategic oversight of end-to-end service operations.
