I have been working in the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Industries for over 40 years primarily in Training and Education.

13 of those years was with a Refrigeration manufacturing company where I was responsible for all aspects of training for apprentices through to senior management.

For the last 27 years I have worked for Business Edge Ltd, initially as the Training Manager and then subsequently as Training Director. During this time I have helped create the F Gas certification schemes for CITB, LCL Awards and BESA.

I also worked alongside Centro Studi Galileo in the creation and presentation of the Italian F Gas assessment process.

I am also the Chair of the ACRIB Skills and Training Committee.
