Ian Dickinson is the Refrigeration Design and Standards Manager for Co-op.

With over 29 years’ experience in refrigeration across manufacturing, wholesale, contracting and consulting but with a principal background in refrigeration system design and application across retail, commercial and light industrial. He is responsible for the refrigeration specification and standards across the entire Co-op estate which includes Funeralcare, Retail and Logistics.

A passionate engineer, pushing forward on development of simple sustainable RACHP systems and the opportunities the industry has anyone interested in a RACHP career.

He is also a STEM Ambassador, involved with the Co-op Academies producing RACHP tasks to over 3000 students. He is also a committee member of the Institute of Refrigeration Education and Training Committee and proud to be a member of the Institute of Refrigeration.
