Tom Southall is part of the leadership team at the Cold Chain Federation, the UK’s trade association for the temperature-controlled logistics industry. With a background including public sector environmental policy and private consultancy, for the past five years Tom has led the Federation’s policy, technical and advisory services which cover a wide range of areas including energy and climate change, food safety, health and safety and transport policy.
