John Emm is a highly respected member of the refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump industry which spans 60 years in August 2024. He is currently Technical Director of the SICCOM pump distributor Pumps2go Ltd and prior to this he has held several senior positions with brand leaders within the UK, Europe, and Saudi Arabia. His career began with an RAC apprenticeship and over the following years moved to various companies to expand his knowledge in different sectors of the industry.  

He has been actively involved with several of the industry's societies, institutions, and associations. He was a past Chairman of the Equipment and Components Section of the British Refrigeration Society within FETA. He is the current Chairman of the Hampshire Refrigeration Society and has also held the position of Membership Chairman of the Institute of Refrigeration and has also served on the IOR Council.
