Lisa-Jayne Cook, Service Sales Manager at GEA Heating and Refrigeration Technologies, is an award-winning engineer with over 23 years’ experience in RACHP.  Working for several industry leaders throughout her career, she has extensive knowledge of product and system design, in both commercial and industrial applications.  She is a Fellow and Trustee at the IOR (Institute of Refrigeration), and a Fellow at the Women’s Engineering Society.  An advocate for Diversity and Inclusion, she is passionate about closing the skills gap and levelling out the male / female ratio within the engineering sector, acting as a Visible Role Model to the next generation, encouraging them to consider careers in STEM.
