With nearly 30 years’ experience working in the RACHP sector, 25 of these at Daikin, Karen has spent her career in a variety of sales, design and engineering roles and is now on the senior leadership team at Daikin UK. As past chair of the Institute of Refrigeration Women in RACHP network Karen is passionate about supporting other women to reach their own career goals, closing the skills gaps and attracting new talent to develop the future of the RACHP industry. Karen’s current Customer Service position sees her as responsible for operations in Daikin’s National Heating Hub.
