Now numbering over 170 employees in five locations around the world, with many more distributors, the company that built its a reputation as a specialist in monitoring and controls for the refrigeration industry now commands attention as a player on a much bigger stage, controlling and managing maintenance and energy on a wide range of different applications, from offices, schools, hospitals, restaurants and high street retailers "global asset maintenance monitoring energy and building controls specialist". And it is the impact that proactive monitoring, predictive analysis, diagnostics and control can have on a building's energy, environment and asset efficiency that is spurring on Mr Chandler and the team at RDM which in turn is driving the growth of the company.
