In his current role as M&S Account Director Bernard is responsible for service & maintenance delivery for M&S Stores, Distribution, Offices & Data Centre across the UK & Ireland.

I began my career in Transport Refrigeration Services, initially with Transport Refrigeration Services (TRS), Marshall Thermo-King, and Grenco. This laid the foundation for my future endeavors. I then joined the Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (REME), where I proudly served for 12 years. Following my time in the military, I transitioned to the retail service sector, working with companies like Space Engineering and Integral/JLL. After gaining experience in these roles, I made a shift into property technology, joining Plentific. Today, I serve as an Account Director at City FM, where I lead the M&S account, overseeing operations and ensuring success.
