In his current role as Head of Technical Services, Richard is responsible for service & maintenance delivery for M&S Stores, Distribution, Offices & Data Centre across the UK & Ireland.

I have over 20 years’ experience in Refrigeration and HVAC. I was fortunate to land an apprenticeship with IR Hussmann when I left school. Upon completion, I gained valua-ble experience in installation, service and commissioning across both refrigeration and air conditioning sectors.

In various roles, I’ve been involved in the M&S contract for 17 years and have witnessed significant positive change throughout. After heading up the refrigeration department for a number of years, I moved into my current role which has further broadened my learning and knowledge across various disciplines.
